Hi all! I’m planning to get a few fillers in my cheek, under eye, and nasolabial folds. I also do a routine of facial yoga/face exercises to keep my face tight and plump(yes it works!) These exercises include things like isolating and contracting undereye or cheek muscles to keep them tight and lifted. I have done these for years, but is there a chance that contracting my facial muscles would dislodge the filler (voluma or restylane) and could it cause the filler to migrate badly? Thanks!

Hi @Tvelazquez9579. Thank you for sharing your photos. Weight loss results in loss of facial volume. Dermal fillers are a great option to restore the volume loss. Best of luck to you, Dr. Nima!
