A combination of botox and lasers or chemical peels would give you the best results. Botox can be used to relax the muscles around your eyes which contract when you smile. Lasers, peels would diminish the wrinkles that are present at rest. Good luck

Thanks for your question. You can absolutely still have filler. However, you may have a tendency to swell up at the sight for a few days afterward if your invert yourself. Warm regards.
