The front corner of my right nostril (as shown in the pic) was slightly split open due a hardened crust caused by a nose bleed which I unwittingly picked at it, much to my regret. Can a surgeon close this small split so this front corner is round like the right one? I know it's a very delicate procedure if it's done but can it be done? Can I ask a surgeon to do this at the same time I get a septorhinoplasty?
