I had surgery on 1 March and can’t see much shift in my implants, especially the left one. The bottom of the breast is empty (it’s lose skin) and the nipple is pointing down. The implants feel soft and keep massaging but not sure what else to do.

At 4 days post op you would have fatigued your body too much given the situation that you are still healing from surgery. A schedule for an appointment is never a bad idea. You should always follow up with your surgeon to prevent any complications.
