Had a long day. Extremely hot weather. Took an anatomy class during which I may have made some movements to demonstrate arm movements . After had to take kids to swimming practice and walked in the heat carrying what I thought were reasonably light bags. Felt faint and dizzy. Slightly nauseous. Now home resting. Fever 37.6. No extra swelling so far or change in breast color. Left arm feels like I have been working out . Day four post op . Over the muscle implants .
