I’m very worried about rippling. I’m naturally slim, and have no breasts. I have consulted with a doctor and he did say I have thin muscle because my ribs can be seen through my non existent breasts. I know choosing smooth texture silicone and placing them under the muscle will help. I was wondering if working out my chest muscles before my surgery (in 3 months) would make any difference in preventing rippling?
