How big can you go in fat grafting breast augmentation?

You will typically gain up to one cup in size, depending upon how large your breasts are. However, fat transfers can be repeated. If you want 2-3 or more cup sizes increased, you will need implants. I would suggest meeting with a board certified plastic surgeon and discussing all your options.

Hello,Fat grafting and implants can both give natural results but with fat transfer you avoid any foreign body all together.  Generally with a single session a 1/2 - 1 cup increase can be expected.  For some women they will be able to get a larger increase in cup size (1-2 cups) that but that is definitely not the norm.  Sometimes more than one fat transfer session spaced out at least 6 months is needed for fuller volumes.As long as your breast growth has been stable at age 19 you may be able to undergo this type of surgical procedure but you want to make sure you have completed growing and understand that this type of augmentation can alter the natural breast tissue architecture.  The best way to determine if you are a good candidate is to seek out an in person examination with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of Luck!Dr.Rednam
