For parenchymal maldistribution breasts, can I achieve rounded, perkier breasts with just implants or do I need a lift? (Photo)

Emerald Jade
My nipples aren't centered, sit too low, point to the ground, creating a "droopy snoopy" triangular appearance. When my nipples are erect, my breasts almost look "normal". After breastfeeding, my breasts deflated from 40D to a small 34C, leaving me with enlarged areolas, stretchmarks & drooping breasts. I want a rounder, perkier appearance as well as a slight volume increase. I'm wondering if this can be achieved with just implants, without a lift? Or perhaps an aerola reduction with implants?
