My nipples aren't centered, sit too low, point to the ground, creating a "droopy snoopy" triangular appearance. When my nipples are erect, my breasts almost look "normal". After breastfeeding, my breasts deflated from 40D to a small 34C, leaving me with enlarged areolas, stretchmarks & drooping breasts. I want a rounder, perkier appearance as well as a slight volume increase. I'm wondering if this can be achieved with just implants, without a lift? Or perhaps an aerola reduction with implants?

I have never heard of any one using arm slings for the reasons you describe. You should be able to use your arms freely after surgery but with limited exertion for several weeks. Best to review preop plans with your surgeon.
