Thank you for your question.Implants would be the natural choice when you are looking for some volume increase and a "Perkier" look. I do not think, a lift would be necessary. An experienced surgeon can improve all the problems that you have mentioned with well selected and properly placed implants. All The Best !

I'm not sure I even know what "parenchymal maldistribution breasts" means.  I will say that, based on your picture, it appears that you have normal (within normal variation) breasts with possibly a slight loss in volume, probably from your pregnancy.  It appears from the picture that your areolae are centered over the (inframammary) fold under your breasts which is where they should be.  The average diameter of an areola should be approximately 4.0 centimeters.  You can measure your areolae and compare then to that statistic, but they look to be of "normal" dimensions in the picture.  So, bottom line:  I think the addition of breast implants will do a lot to fill out the volume you lost during pregnancy and give you a perkier shape.  I don't think you need a breast lift.  I certainly don't think a breast lift would be worth the scars that would result from such a procedure in your case.  I think you should schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine you in person, listen to your concerns, and review your options.

Thank you for your picture. I believe that breast implants help improve your shape.  You have some mild asymmetry therefore and saline implants maybe more

Asymmetric breasts needs differing sized implant with or without fat grafts. I do not see the need for lifting operation... 

Your breasts have some asymmetry which is common. Potentially a breast augmentation with minor adjustments around the areola could balance them out a bit better.

It will be next to impossible to determine what plan would be best for your breasts based only on the information provided and the single image you have posted; in fact, even if you posted more images it would still be impossible to tell for sure.  This is because so much depends upon certain detailed measurements we take of the breasts during examination and the tone of the breast tissues which we can assess during consultation.  There are many different types of lifting procedures, and selecting the right one for each individual patient depends upon many different factors.  The fact that you describe your breasts as having parenchymal maldistribution and nipple asymmetry alone lead me to think that you may need at least some form of lift, because those things for certain cannot be addressed merely with breast augmentation.  The best thing for you to do is schedule one, if not a few, consultations with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who can perform a thorough exam of your breasts and guide you to the best plan to reach your specific goals.  Good luck.

Obviously an examination is needed to be certain but it looks like your breasts could be corrected with an augmentation with the implants placed in a dual plane.Dr. Corbin
