Can I get all of the composite veneers removed? Is there any enamel gel or artificial enamel to bring back enamel? (Photo)

I had composite veneers done he told me it’s reversible and scratched my tooth surface with a bur I hated the feeling of it on my teeth went for removal the very next day he said he completely removed it he dint and as I had only gotten it removed from my knine it started chipping the thin layer left and now I can completely see my dentin inside it, it was not like this before there is no sensitivity , is this normal can I apply something to get my original enamel back I am scared
