Bone asymmetry causing one eye to be higher than the other. Can this be fixed with orbital floor implants?

I have bone asymmetry causing one eye to be higher than the other. Can this eye asymmetry be fixed by orbital floor implants? I want a permanent solution for this rather than Botox or fillers. Please let me know what can be done. I want my left eye (lower eye) to go up to the position of the right eye (higher eye). Please note that this asymmetry is very prominent in person. Thank you:)
