Hair dye does not interfere with a rhinoplasty healing. It can interfere however if an incisions were made in the hairline (i.e. temporal fasica harvest or cartilage banking in the scalp). In general if an incision was made in the scalp, wait for at least 6 weeks and ask your surgeon to see if hair dye is acceptable.
Dying your hair or having it colored will not affect rhinoplasty. Just make sure they don't bump your nose while they are working on you.
