It is difficult to see what you are concerned about because the photo is of poor quality, but if your nasal bone was fractured inward due to trauma it can possibly be improved.

 A rhinoplasty procedure can address the fractured, displaced, and sunken nasal bones. Osteotomies in the nasal bones are required to straighten them and realign them. Cartilage grafting techniques are also required either as a sidewall spreader graft, or a dorsal onlay graft depending on where the nasal bone is sunken inwards.
