How can sunken nasal bone be fixed? (Photo)

Hello doctor, I'm 20 years old. Recently, I started to feel pressure at my nasal bone (between forehead and cartilage). I noticed that, actually, my nasal bone is sunken while the catilage is still straight. When I was 10, I felt and hit a lecture hall dais right at the nasal bone. However, I didn't pay attention after that time. I'm so afraid that it can not be fixed because maybe it took a long time. Or is it natural? Could you possibly tell me can I fix my nose bridge and how? Thanks!!!

Better quality pics and side views are necessary.Sunken nasal bones are treated with onlay grafts taken from the auricular concha or even ribs.

It is difficult to see what you are concerned about because the photo is of poor quality, but if your nasal bone was fractured inward due to trauma it can possibly be improved.

A rhinoplasty procedure can address the fractured, displaced, and sunken nasal bones. Osteotomies in the nasal bones are required to straighten them and realign them. Cartilage grafting techniques are also required either as a sidewall spreader graft, or a dorsal onlay graft depending on where the nasal bone is sunken inwards. If there is a depression from an old fracture it can be covered with laying a piece of septal cartilage over it to fill in or camouflage the depression.Sometimes the cartilage needs to be crushed a bit
