My Rhinoplasty has left some scarring around my nostrils, it's been 2 years and they're still visible? (photos)

I truly sympathize with your problem judging from the photo you submitted. These incisions are the result of a Weir procedure to make the circumference of the nostril smaller. It should be sewn with loop magnification, tediously and meticulously, to create a most pleasing result. Your procedure can be redone. You really have to see a surgeon who can meticulously examine your scars and determine if a revision will help. Scars do not disappear, but can be made better sometimes. Good luck.

Another option besides laser resurfacing is dermabrasion.  This is a mechanical method of resurfacing the scar and may be able to create a more smooth appearance to the scar. 

If you've already tried laser treatments unsuccessfully, the only remaining option that we will take care of this would be to revise this scars.  This could be done with a local anesthetic in the office and should give you very good results. I would start by going back to your surgeon and asking him for her about this. Good luck.
