Nizoral or any anti fungal shampoo post FUE?

Hi Doctors, I am a 28 year old male. Today is my 20th day post fue (2400 grafts) and i have been using baby shampoo all this time, but looks like i am developing dandruff and would like to know if i can use nizoral or vichy for my scalp. Before fue i had a fungal infection, it went off by nizoral, so can i start using nizoral again now?

I typically tell my patients that you can go back to normal activity after day 10 respectively.You would however want to avoid sunburns for a period of 90 days after surgery.

You can wear a hard hat after surgery but you probably should understand you may not be the best FUE candidate.  Many construction workers and fire fighters who wear hard hats have had FUE or strip surgery and returned to work within the first week or two without issues.  However your...

Follow up. Second Doctor Opinion-Hematoma on the donor area due to injections. It's soft & shrinking now.

If a doctor examined you and said it was a hematoma and you should wait it out, you should wait it out.  You cannot always diagnosis something with a photo.  If you want a second opinion you should see another doctor in person.

If you pulled out transplanted grafts, there isn't much you can do at this point. You would just have to wait to see if your hair will grow.  If you are concerned follow up with your doctor for an examination.

30 days after FUE, and few pimples came on my head. Is it normal? I'm also losing a lot from my normal original hair. (photo)

If you cannot see your doctor, can't you email him? You have no way to contact your doctor?  Pimples can be an issue after surgery.  Hair loss can be a sign of shock loss or just transplanted hairs shedding.

Your hair should be well "anchored" in place by 8 days post-procedure.  Gentle washing/shampooing the area at this time will allow any remaining crusts to dislodge without forcefully pulling the residual crusts.  You may see some hairs coming out, but the follicles remain embedded...
