which would be better minoxidil vs finesteride for a men. Since finesteride has sexual related side effect i dont want to use it. Also is taking multi vitamin along with minoxidil is okay after my hair transplant? Some doctor recommend taking multivitamin for controlling Hair loss, can it make some impact in controlling hair loss?

With this degree of hair loss, it's unlikely minoxidil or finasteride will have much effect. Hair loss in men is driven by genetics. A hair transplant might provide some density in the very front depending on the donor area. A multivitamin will not provide much benefit for your hair - if any at all.

With this pattern of hair loss, I doubt you will get much real benefit from minoxidil and if the pattern is near completion, then finasteride will not have much of an impact.
