Can I cut the knot off my stitches?

the knots at the end of my stitches after my breast implants are annoying and my doctor told me it will fall off in a month or 2 but I am annoyed and I feel like cutting them myself but I am not sure if this can be done. What will happen if I cut them myself?

Any breast implant can ripple, even cohesive gel in a sub muscular plane.  For example, if very large implants are chosen the tissue layer can be stretched very thin and over time rippling can occur.

Thank you for your question.Implants would be the natural choice when you are looking for some volume increase and a "Perkier" look. I do not think, a lift would be necessary. An experienced surgeon can improve all the problems that you have mentioned with well selected and properly placed...
