Question

I’m 20 y.o, 5’2 and weigh exactly 132 pounds. I want to get a bbl. I’m not sure if the body I want is realistic, I know a lot of people go in thinking it will come out exactly how they wanted and don’t. I really want to get the procedure but unsure if what I want is achievable. I want to fill in my hip dips and get a more curvier look also a smaller waist. Me vs my wish pics

Thank you for your question. Yes, your goals are achievable. It seems like your a candidate for a BBL (Brazilian butt lift). This includes liposuction from unwanted areas of fat with transfer to the hip and glute area to sculpt your desired shape. There are always some limitations to body shape and appearance that are anatomical and cannot be changed with fat transfer procedures. However, I think that most of your goals seem reasonable. This is all a question of balance and proportions.  Fat can be taken from many different areas of the body including abdomen, sides, back, thighs, arms, underarms, etc.   You have to consider not only which areas will have perhaps the best fat, but also you have to consider which donor sites will have the fewest problems afterward with the liposuction.  In general, the abdomen and thighs are preferred, but, if those sites are not available, other areas can be used.  Creative liposuction with fat transfer to the hips can fill the dents and make hips appear lifted, and rounder.  If the waist was smaller at one time, the waist can likely be reduced to those same measurements or smaller provided the muscular and fascial integrity has remained the same.

Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. Based on your pictures, you are a good candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, hips, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Your body frame really determines how curvy you can be. The different diameter between your ribs and your pelvis determine the curves. If you try to make something that's really not there you look creepy. If you follow your true body you look fantastic. I think you would have a fantastic result but you won't be as curvy as or wish pictures. Your key is to look at a lot of before-and-after pictures and find somebody with the bony frame like yours before and then see how curvy they look after. Here's an example of the curves I think you will have.

You are an excellent candidate for bbl. Fat can be removed from your abdomen waist and flanks to narrow your waist and fat can be transferred to your hips to fill-in the hip dip and to give your Buttock  more roundness. The last photograph you showed was a patient with an extremely small waist and this may be achievable if you did lots of abdominal exercises and used a waist trainer. However, removing the fat alone  will not give you the smaller waist. Hope this helps.In choosing a plastic surgeon to perform your surgery, you should make sure that they are well trained in performing safe subcutaneous Buttock Augmentation . Board certification is a plus- safety first!!!
