What can I do to relieve extreme itching on (& around) my scrotum after chest, flanks and abdominal Liposuction.

I was told I would get "blue balls" after Lipo, but also got a swollen scrotum (grapefruit size). 3 weeks out, it's smaller (like a deflated water balloon) so I can now see my penis . I am now wearing a Leonise high waist stomach shaper w/ boxer briefs, plus a shape shirt. My scrotum is now itching terribly. I have used various powders, ointments, lotions, & "jock itch" spray but nothing works long. What kinds of relief has worked for your patients itching scrotum?
