Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photos you have lots of extra skin above and under your eyes. Also you have so many wrinkles in your eye corners. For give your face more younger, fresh and elegant look. I highly recommend you upper and lower blepharoplasty. In addition to these surgeries I suggest you total facelift surgery. From the photo, it would appear that the use of a robust HA filler for the upper cheek region would not only create a more feminine oval, heart-shaped appearance, but would help to straighten the wrinkles in that region and to improve the under-eyes, as well. Additional use of a low viscosity, cohesive HA filler for the upper outer cheeks would likely result in additional smoothing. Botox in the periorbital crow's feet area would additionally lessen the appearance of these wrinkles when smiling.
