Hello, I'm a 66 year old woman and I'm looking for a cost effective non invasive skin tightening procedure. I do Botox and I have done a few fillers and I'm looking for a more refreshed look. Thank you!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Relax. Be careful for falling for a lot of marketing hype about this or that supposedly "next big thing" laser, radiofrrequency or ultrasound devices for skin tightening. There's a lot more marketing hype to these than any hard science. So, be careful when these are hawked to you. Your photo suggests that you really did not receive either sufficient amounts and/or the correct fillers. Your issues are very easy to address by an experienced aesthetic physician injector. A bolus of a lifting filler, such as Restylane Lyft over the cheekbone region and layered along the upper cheek under the lower lids would create the more ideal feminine heart-shaped face and secondarily improve the bags under the eyes . A volumizing filler, such as Voluma XC, in the midcheek region would help to treat the obvious volume deficit there and would soften the smile folds  RHA 4 along the jawline would tighten and define this region and likely improve somewhat the laxity of the upper neck and submental region. And finally, the superficial tone and texture of the fabric of your skin could be improved with a superficial peel.  If you wished, all of the above can be accomplished in one treatment session of about 30 minutes, usually cause little to no significant downtime, and the results typically engender an immediate "Wow!" reaction. Just make sure that the doc you consult with is an experienced, board certified aesthetic physician and not just any venue trying to sell you the new, expensive bells and whistles device it just purchased. This product is specifically designed to address age related volume loss.  It is similar to traditional HA fillers in that you'll see some immediate results.  It differs however in that over time the product is replaced with your own fat, providing longer lasting results.
