I have had 3 fibroblast treatments for the crepey under eye skin, but in my opinion those made it worse. Apparently fibroblast treatments are NOT the same as PLEXR. The first is done by a beautician while the latter is done by a doctor in a clinic (with the official method and equipment). What would be the best chance for longer lasting results? is PLEXR a good option? I don't like fillers/botox, because you have to repeat it endlessly. I just turned 30 and my skin is looking old.
Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten up the skin around and under the eye. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Dark Circles/Eye Bags/Wrinkles -- Fillers Belotero, Volbella; Fraxel/Halo; emeragecosmetics ENLIGHTEN/AERIFY/COSMELAN lasers and plasma pen will help you in the office along with fillers. at home peels like cosmelan, enlighten and aerify along with dermarolling (emerageskin roller with anteage MD ampules) should be started now. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles. A surgical option to remove skin and/or fat will such as lower eyelid blepharoplasty with or without fat pad repositioning will be the best long term. There are many things you can do to treat under eye hollows and dark circles without surgery. Non invasive less downtime options such as fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP, cosmelan peels, and microneedling RF like Fractora or morpheus can all help give some improvement. Accutite can often be used or stronger lasers like erbium or co2 spot treatment can tighten the skin and give very quick improvement in wrinkles and texture. Answer: 'Fibroblast treatments' and Periorbital Rejuvenation, and Misinformation about Plasma Treatments. Fibroblasts are cells that make structural components, such as collagen. All healing involves fibroblasts. Nothing is new here; so, all these beauty salons and clinics that are claiming 'novel fibroblast plasma' treatments, and similar, are essentially applying a very healthy dose of marketing spin. You have been misinformed about PLEXR - it does, indeed, fall under the category of 'fibroblast treatment', by virtue of burning the skin (which is all it is). After skin gets injured, it heals and there is a degree of tightening as a result. The degree of tightening is arguably being overpromised, however. Now, in terms of your appearance based on the photos you uploaded, I feel you were being quite harsh on yourself. Please also remember that rejuvenation of the under-eye (infroaorbital) area is not straightforward, and there are multiple considerations which only an experienced doctor in cosmetic practice shall appreciate.
