Viora is a brand, and the range features various energy-based devices that improve the appearance of skin. Based on your photos, I feel that a non-surgical approach (such as radiofrequency-based skin treatments) shall 'not' yield a meaningful result that shall justify the money spent. My advice is that you get an educational consultation with a surgeon who performs both minimally invasive and open (major) surgical procedures, to discuss your options based upon your requirements.
