Age 27, am I a candidate for mid-face lift for sagging & nasal folds?

Question

I'm a 27 year old that has had buccal fat removal twice. My face is naturally chubby, but currently very unhappy with sagging and (smiley lines or nasel folds). Would a mid face lift work, or should I put fat back into my cheeks. Thanks

Hello. Thank you for your question.As far as I can see from your photos you have saggy skin. In case of you are very young I recommend you midface lift for get rid of the sad face image and saggy skin. It will be easier to make the proper decision with face-to-face consultation.

Thank you for your question and the photos you provide. I do not recommend any further surgical treatment for your face. The most I would do is Morpheus 8 for skin rejuvenation and collage/elastin formation. This will help tightnen your skin mildly. Make sure you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon and good luck!

Thanks for nicely posted photos. I would first do ultrasound examine on buccal fat compartment since I think you still have residual fat in the buccal compartment. If I am correct I would offer 3rd buccal fat removal with anterior mini face lift and SMAS plication. Fee $10,000. Best to virtual consult with....
