You are probably asking why..... Have wanted enlarged scrotum since I was about 14-15. have tried ball pumping very often still do. I'm 25 now still feel the same way. Saline infusion Dextrose infusions. love it but just want a permanent fix. I don't want silicone injections because of all the extensive risks. Aloderrm injections are expensive and temporary. So thought up a new procedure of almost a bean bag. So worst case it can be removed with minimal damage.
