3 months post op of Tummy Tuck. Why does my stomach look bloated? (photos)

I have had 13 massages. I still wear my gurdle. Not every day anymore. But I feel like I'm getting big around the stomach. Why is there loose skin? Why does it look bloated above the stomach?

Thanks for the question and provided information as well.
You are still early in the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

It takes several months for tummy swelling to completely resolve but you should notice improvement every week. It appears from your photos that you still have overhanging skin in your lower abdomen and a bulging tummy. If may be that not enough skin was removed and the rectus muscle was not tightened enough. This may be causing the bulging of your tummy. However only your  plastic surgeon  will know whether you have swelling which will resolve or you need to have more skin taken off and the muscle needs more tightening.
