I am 31 years old. Previous rhinoplasty and lip fillers.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You may benefit from a lip lift.

Thank you for your question. As we age, the upper lip lengthens. A lip lift can be helpful for shortening the upper lip and improving tooth show, something that fillers alone cannot accomplish. Based on your photo, if you're looking to shorten your upper lip, a discussion with your surgeon regarding goals would certainly be the next step. Best of luck to you!

- front, mouth closed- front, with a smile- both profiles 
Key parametres taken into consideration before qualifying someone for a LL are as follows: philtrum length, teeth show and overall face proportions.
