What do you recommend for projection after Voluma migrated after 4 months? (Photos)

It has half the G prime of Restylane. That means like Juvederm, Voluma migrates widely after being placed. That is only part of your issues. It also appears that you had significant rotation of the nasal tip with your rhinoplasty. That affects the overall perception of the upper lip and may even effectively create a lip lift effect. Also studying your pictures, your cheek appears much fuller in the after pictures. Did you also have Voluma in the cheeks. If so, rather than getting cut on more, I strongly recommend having the hyaluronic acid fillers from the face with hyaluronidase. You may need some of the filler redone but this will help correct the unhelpful diffusion of the Voluma.

The combination of under treated in volume (ONLY 1/2 syringe!) and recent rhinoplasty has lead you to this issue. If OK with rhinoplasty surgeon have more HA filler injected.
