It has almost been 1 and half years after my breast augmentation but now I feel pain in it like I am getting cramps in it?

I also get stiff neck and shoulder and arm pain ... Is it a sign that there is something wrong with my implants?

It does look as if your implants are too far apart. Your intermammary distance (the space between your impants) is way too large to produce attractive cleavage. This could have been secondary to your anatomy if your nipples were extremely wide spaced apart. Otherwise, your breast pockets were...

Your anatomy is such that you should have good cleavage after a breast augmentation.  This is because you don't have a large space between your breasts pre operatively.  A breast augmentation will make this even better. Good luck with your surgery, Dr. T
