Rhinoplasty And Otoplasty Costs

Both rhinoplasty can be easily done at the same time, and I would stay away from any surgeon that charges LESS than $7000 for both. Since both procedures can change the perceived width of the face, I would strongly suggest having your surgeon perform computer imaging to give you a preview of the effect that each by themselves, and both together, would have on the balance of your facial features.  Cost, especially of the rhinoplasty varies considerably from surgeon to surgeon, but in general, you get what you pay for -- but do confirm that by having each surgeon show you LOTS of before and after photos.

Both an otoplasty and rhinoplasty can be simultaneously performed and costs will vary from 5000 USD at the lower range to up to 20,000 USD depending on what needs to be performed.

I often perform otoplasty and rhinoplasty at the same time.  It all depends on how extensive of surgery you are looking to have.  Cost vary from city to city and surgeon to surgeon.  It is best to go to a few consultations and find a board-certified plastic surgeon who you feel comfortable with.  

It depends on how much work is involved in both procedures as to the total cost. It could be $4000-10,000. You need to see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon and discuss your options with him.

The specific surgeon's credentials/experience level (or lack thereof), the specific geographic area you are looking at, the different operations available, the location of the procedure (quality of surgery facility), type/quality of anesthesia provider… are some of the potential variables involved. You will find some average costs of surgery on this website and on individual plastic surgeons' websites as well.In regards to outcome of the planned procedure, more important than costs of the procedures will be careful selection of your plastic surgeon. I would suggest starting with the American Society of Plastic Surgery and/or the Aesthetic Society of Plastic Surgery to obtain a list of well experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.Then, I would suggest you visit a few surgeons whose practices concentrate on aesthetic surgery. Ask to SEE lots of examples of their work AND preferably speak/see patients who have had similar procedures done.Be very careful with your decision-making. You will find, while doing your due diligence, that there are many different “specialties” who will offer their services to you; again, I strongly recommend you concentrate on surgeons certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.I would also suggest that you do not base your selection of plastic surgeon primarily on costs of surgery; keep in mind that revisionary surgery may be more costly in many ways. Cosmetic surgery fees vary widely across the world. Depending on the complexity of the case, our fees would start about $6500 + MD Anesthesia. 

These procedures can certainly be combined. Prices vary by geography and surgeon and considerably.  Often, second or multiple procedures receive a significant discount.  I would think b/w 9-15,000 in los angeles would allow you to choose a board certified plastic surgeon

You can definitely do both procedures at the same time. The cost varies depending on the extent of each procedure. 

If  money is a big issue I suggest  you wait until you feel comfortable financially to undergo surgery to alter your facial feature. You need to find a surgeon who is experienced in fixing your problem and with whom you will be able to get along and most importantly you can trust.

Depending on how extensive your procedures are, the combined surgical fees will vary from 9,800 to as high 17,800. You need an evaluation to determine what you need and what the subsequent costs will be.
