Had septoplasty 1year ago inLA. My doc ASSUREDme the appearance wouldnt change becuz I wasnt having rhino. Had a dev. septum. My nose now is shorter&my nostrils look bigger, can see the hairs. The biggest difference is my smile, there is no tip definition, its wider and now have lines under my eyes. When I touch it, it pops, it doesn't hurt. My doc admitted my noseDOES look different but didnt know why. She said I should find a doc who specializes on tips. I feel like I lost my identity.
