Thank you for your question and photo.  There is a notable difference between the two breasts but it is impossible to determine if an implant has flipped based on photos.  This really needs to be done by a physical exam.  Tuberous breasts are a challenge to correct and make symmetric between the two sides, especially if they were quite different before surgery.  You should seek out a plastic surgeon in your area if you cannot travel back to your surgeon for an opinion.  As far as the warranty goes, this is related to failure of the device--a rupture.  Not shifting of the implant or malposition.

Hello and thanks for your post. This could just be natural asymmetry, but having a chance to review your before and after photos will help. Just the after photos is not as helpful. Implants warranty only cover rupture of the breast implants.  I'm sure that you can find a local plastic surgeon in your area to get reassurance. Best wishes, Dr. Aldo.

Though always possible, an appreciable change in the appearance of your mound is likely to occur.  The fold you have left from your tuberous breast is not unusual.  If the upper poles are even, I usually consider that the most important aspect of an augmentation as the issues below can usually be resolved with office revisions.  Regardless, this is something you should have checked by your surgeon, if you already have not seen him/her.
