My surgeon feels that I should have my distasis recti addressed before having a BBL to prevent complications during liposuction for the BBL. I have heard of patients developing scar tissue after liposuction and plastic surgeons refusing to liposuction areas on the body that have been previously liposuctioned. Should I seek a tummy tuck without lipo to avoid scar tissue and lack of becoming an issue? What would be the best course of action?
