Can I use a TCA peel for a port wine stain birthmark? (Photo)

I a m a dark skinned female and I have a port wine stain, do you think a TCA peel will remove or make It not noticeable on my face. if a TCA peel can remove tattoos I thought it can remove my birthmark.

A TCA peel will probably not improve your port wine stain birthmark.  A laser treatment with a pulsed dye laser is one of the most common treatment for this skin condition.  Seek out a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist who has extensive experience treating port wine stains.  Best wishes, Dr Lepore.
