Bowel issues after Tummy tuck?

Question

I had a tummy tuck with lipo 7 weeks ago. For the last week I have had very painful cramping with loose mucousy stools all morning and within a half hour after I eat anything. Could this be something caused by the tummy tuck or muscle repair? Bowel movements and appetite were normal after surgery until this started. Could I have a bowel obstruction?

Cramping and bowel change may be just a stomach bug or it could be more serious. If it continues you should probably get medical help.
