How soon after micro needling can I get microdermabrasion?

I had micro needling done 4 days ago . I have also been using retin a every night for about 8 months now. I want to start getting microdermabrasion done to help keep my skin polished and exfloliated not because it is dry or flaky but because it is oily and dehydrated. How soon can I get microdermabrasion done?

I would wait 2 weeks before having microdermabrasion, as this is the healing time after microneedling. If your skin still feels sensitive then wait a full 4 weeks.

Technically you only nee to wait till your skin heals up, which would be 5-7 days following microneedling. However personally I don;t see the point of MD within 2 weeks of microneedling as the procedure itself would have caused exfoliation and there wouldn't be any further dead skin to exfoliate until another 2 weeks at least. However there is nothing stopping you from getting MD done 7 days following microneedling.
