How effective is microdermabrasion for fine lines across the forehead? (Photo)

Question

I am 20 and have a fine line across my forehead. I was thinking of using collagen wave therapy to treat it but was told the fine line is caused by the muscle and not skin elasticity at my age and the treatment would be ineffective. I was recommended microdermabrasion instead. Is this really that effective in reducing fine lines? Would 3 treatments be enough or is around 6 better? How can this treatment provide lasting results? Why is this effective for fine lines but collagen wave therapy not?

Neuromodulators (such as Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau) and soft tissue fillers like Belotero can improve the appearance of the forehead by reducing lines, wrinkles and folds. Deeper lines and wrinkles need a combination approach with Botox, fillers, lasers, and microneedling/PRP. lines and wrinkles across the forehead but only for fine lines and wrinkles.
Deeper lines would benefit more from Botox injections. We might also suggest a
topical retinoid regimen as well, which would further help the skin’s
