Two days ago I got a microdermabrasion treatment done, and these thin reddish lines have yet to fade away. They have gotten better, but it seems like they may be getting darker. I did exercise within the 24 hour period. I also started peeling a little today, but that happened after my last treatment. Last time I got this done at the same place, and the red stripes did not occur. It was performed by a different aesthetician, however, and it hurt a little while she was performing the treatment.

Absolutley not! you should no even slightly invasive treatment after Accutane as it might lead to severe scarring. Microdermabrasion is mild, but still it requires the skin to heal and it can't heal properly after Accutane. you must wait 6 months. Probably the redness will go away on its own
