I have had milia for most of my life, I've tried all kinds of exfoliating and microdermabrasion. I need something that is actually going to remove the milia as well as help prevent it in the future. any suggestions?

Absolutley not! you should no even slightly invasive treatment after Accutane as it might lead to severe scarring. Microdermabrasion is mild, but still it requires the skin to heal and it can't heal properly after Accutane. you must wait 6 months. Probably the redness will go away on its own
