6+ months after primary ultrasonic septo-rhinoplasty and im not happy with the results due to asymmetry. Tip work is very good but the bridge is just not ok - Attached images are 1. current state of my nose//2. desired result//3. natural nose Is my desired result realistic keeping in mind the natural deviation of my nose? Is there hope for a better outcome with a revision? No functional issues, just cosmetic. How complicated is it to get my desired result?

Hello there! The result you want, which appears to be straightening and symmetry, is certainly possible. If the nose hasn't been opened, that may be the best route to achieve the most optimal outcome. If improvements are desired, those can be made if performed carefully. Grafting is often necessary in the midvault to keep the nose straight on front view. No tip work necessarily needs to be done if you like that part of your nose. Hope this helps!
