Rhinoplasties - 2015, 2017, 2018, Feb 2022. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty gave me desired definition in tip, which I wanted to retain permanently with 2022 surgery. Despite using scalp fascia, it didn't work. Tip depressed after steroid injections, so fat injected. Since then filler, 5FU, steroid injections. Surgeon said skin has not draped properly over internal structure. Nose is always red and still bulges on sides. Can anything be done to fix this? At least the skin redness? Or do no more?

Hello there! Great questions and photos. Your situation is certainly difficult and it sounds like you've tried a number of great options already. A revision procedure has risks of creating more deformities and compromising the blood supply. For the redness, if you haven't tired IPL, that may be an option. This helps to lighten red hues and is safe overall. Hyperbaric oxygen may be an option to help improve the circulation of the nose in general. The less invasive, the better given you've already had 4 rhinoplasties and extensive work done. Hope this helps you out!
