Four previous rhinoplasties, nose is red and bulges on sides. What are my options? 29 y/o female, Indian origin (photos)

A revision procedure has risks of creating more deformities and compromising the blood supply. For the redness, if you haven't tired IPL, that may be an option. This helps to lighten red hues and is safe overall. Hyperbaric oxygen may be an option to help improve the circulation of the nose in general. The less invasive, the better given you've already had 4 rhinoplasties and extensive work done. Hope this helps you out!
