Is there a surgery to make my thin nasal bone wider?

My nasal bone is very thin it makes the distance between my eyes look like they close but my eye ratio is average. I would want a more avatar-like nose.

Thank you for your Question. if you are thinkıng of having Rhinoplasty Surgery you should not have nose fillers you can have the normal Face fillers which is okay.
