Can Botox effect your heart?

I had Botox injections in my Scapula and neck for muscle tightness that would not go away. I had these injections 2 1/2 weeks ago. My head feels really strange now, (foggy) I am very dizzy and I am having heart palpitations. Is this a normal side effect? If so, how long will it last?
