I have a dairy and gluten intolerance and I try to avoid medication and all foods with gluten and dairy. I learned in my research that Dysport has lactose. What about Botox? I couldn't find a specific site that showed me the ingredients list for Botox. Thanks!

You can safely apply intermittent ice or cold compresses after your Botox treatment. We encourage patients to refrain from massaging the area or exercise for 24 hours after treatment. For more Do's and Don'ts speak with an expert provider near you.

Yes, You can have smaller amounts of botox injected to and produce more subtle results. I agree that it looks more natural to have some movement and not have a "frozen" look. Discuss this with your injector. It may not last quite a long.
