Hello, I’m a woman in my early thirties. When I smile, the skin underneath my chin folds, I get several folds on each side of my mouth, and the skin next to my nose bunches up. It’s very aging. This worsened after I had teeth extracted for braces. Botox in the chin didn’t help. What procedure is necessary to fix this?
