Nipple pain... Could this be related to breast implants?

I had my BA 3 years ago. Everything went fine..Over the last couple of months my breast have been quite sensitive (which isn't normal since my pill stopped my cycle about 4 years ago) Over the last couple of weeks the overall pain has gone & now I have a painful nipple on my left. It's feels very lumpy & has a hard area of tissue underneath it. It's tender & I get shooting pains. My right nipple is also a tiny bit sensitive but not hard underneath & nowhere as painful. Please help! Thank you
