Any opinion would be appreciated!! I am 5ft 7inches, 57kgs. rib cage: 29inches. Pear/hourglass figure. I want to be sure i go big enough... I would like to be natural/large... & i don't want to look like i have big balls on my chest or top heavy.
Answer: 365cc or 385cc for Breast Implants Thank you for your question. The difference between these two implants if very minimal. Since you are tall, I would go with the larger of the two breast implants. To be sure, see two or more experienced, board-certified Plastic Surgeons for a complete evaluation to make sure you are a good candidate and that it is safe for you to have surgery. I hope this helps.

Answer: Natrelle implants 365cc or 385cc? Booked in for surgery in 2 days. Please help? Thank you for the question and pictures. Given that your surgery is coming up very soon, it will be in your best interests to spend additional time with your plastic surgeon communicating your goals; this time spent will be the best way for you to relay information and achieve more peace of mind. Ultimately, careful communication of your goals (in my practice I prefer the use of goal pictures and direct examination/communication in front of a full-length mirror) will be critical. Generally speaking, the best online advice I can give to ladies who are considering revisionary breast augmentation surgery (regarding breast implant size/profile selection) is: 1. Concentrate on choosing your plastic surgeon carefully. Concentrate on appropriate training, certification, and the ability of the plastic surgeon to achieve the results you are looking for. Ask to see lots of examples of his/her work. 2. Have a full discussion and communication regarding your desired goals with your plastic surgeon. This communication will be critical in determining breast implant size/type/profile will most likely help achieve your goals. In my practice, the use of photographs of “goal” pictures (and breasts that are too big or too small) is very helpful. I have found that the use of words such as “natural” or "C or D cup” or “ big balls” or “ top-heavy” etc means different things to different people and therefore prove unhelpful. Also, as you know, cup size varies depending on him who makes the bra; therefore, discussing desired cup size may also be inaccurate. 3. Once you feel you have communicated your goals clearly, allow your plastic surgeon to use his/her years of experience/judgment to choose the breast implant size/profile that will best meet your goals. Again, in my practice, this decision is usually made during surgery ( after the use of temporary intraoperative sizers). I hope this, and the attached link (dedicated to breast augmentation surgery concerns), helps. Best wishes for an excellent outcome with your upcoming procedure!

Answer: How to decide on which implant... when comparing adjacent sizes, it is ALWAYS best to go with the larger one as the most common complaint by far is 'I wish I went larger'. And the differences between the two sizes are millimeters only and the difference will not make or break you. On the other hand, she smaller implant would also do a wonderful job so if you're already done, focus on healing and helping yourself to the best possible result. If you can still choose, its been my experience that my patients are always happier with the larger one.

Answer: Implant choice Very tough to give you accurate advise without examining you, so you have to trust your plastic surgeon on this one.365 to 385 is very little difference in volume, however I will say that depends on what implants your surgeon is talking aboutegThere is a Natrelle low height extra full projecting tear drop shaped implant with a volume of 365ccbut also a round full height implant with a volume of 385cc.These 2 implants would give you vasty different results.I hope this helps and good luck.
