Can You Get a Deposit Back?

        All you can do is review the policy that was signed.  It should spell this out for you.  If you are interested in getting the procedure performed, find a plastic surgeon with ELITE credentials who performs hundreds of breast lifts and breast augmentations each year.  Then look at the plastic surgeon's website before and after photo galleries to get a sense of who can deliver the results.  Kenneth Hughes, MD Los Angeles, CA

Hello and thank you for your question.  As stated previously, all offices will have their own policies.  If they will not refund your deposit, you can ask them if they will allow you to apply that money towards something else that their practice may offer (examples being facials, waxing, products, etc).  They may not allow this, but it may be worth asking if you cannot get your money back.  Best of luck!

Each office will have its own policy regarding refunds, and you should have received a written copy somewhere along the line. Some are not refundable, some in refundable in part or whole depending upon how long before surgery is the cancellation. 

But my office policy will have no bearing on the policies of the surgeon with whom you have been dealing. Best wishes.
