Weight training after subglandular breast augmentation correction. When can I do it?

I am a bodybuilder/bikini competitor and had Subglandular breast implants in May 2012. My right breast developed capsular contracture around March 2014. Before I schedule surgery, I want to ask when can I train again. I am just having the right breast implant removed and replaced (subglandular again @ 400cc). When can I do lower body (squats, hip thrust, leg press, leg extension - no dead lift, since that involves upper body) and when can I resume my entire training schedule? Thank you.
