What can I do to prevent my nipples from popping out of bra? Strattice has failed. Is my best option to remove implants? (Photo)

I am 28 and I had original mastopexy with 375 cc silicone implants in 2011. Within 6 months breasts bottomed out, and nipples popped out of clothes. I had a different plastic surgeon do a revision/ mastopexy in 2012. My breasts looked great for 6 months and bottomed out again. In 2014 I had well known dr do revision. He exchanged implants for 275 cc and 320 cc high profile silicone and also used Strattice on each breast. Currently my nipples are sticking out of my clothes/bras. What to do?

The size difference depends not just on the size of the new implants but also the amount of breast tissue you currently have.  A very small person might notice a significant decrease in size but a larger-breasted person might not, if they already have a lot of their own breast tissue.
