Two really hard bumps near nose where I lower blepharoplasty done. What do I do and how long would these bumps last? (photo)

Tough to tell from just photos what these are.  would be helpful to see the pre-op photos as well.  This may be fat.  If it is, some of this will go away in the first few weeks. Need to check with your surgeon to see where they put the fat. 

More details about your surgery is necessary.  Did you have fat grafting or redrawing to the lower lids?  This may represent the fat placed in the area.

Hard to know from the information provided but my best guess is that your surgeon did some fat grafting into the area under you eyes where there used to be a groove. The grafts are  swollen and visible now but this will resolve. Just a guess. Check with your surgeon. Good luck. 

Although 2 weeks is too short a period of time to determine the outcome it may be that something will have to be done.  I suggest waiting at least 6 weeks before doing anything as I believe this will improve.  Check with your surgeon.
